At Dutch Machine Shop, we stand behind the quality of our products. Is an item not quite what you expected? No worries. We make returns easy. You have 14 days to change your mind.
How do I return an item?
We like to keep things simple. You don't have to navigate through complicated portals. You can arrange your return in three ways:
1. By Email: Send a short message to info@dutchmachineshop.com.
2. Via WhatsApp: Send us a message (please include your order number). This is usually the fastest way!
3. Direct Return: You can also send the package directly back to us. Please ensure you include a copy of the invoice or packing slip inside the box so we know it’s yours.

Important Information:
Fast Refund: Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 5 business days.
Product Condition: As our drills and taps are precision tools, we can only accept returns if they are unused and undamaged.
Shipping Costs: The costs for return shipping are at your own expense. If there is an error on our part or a warranty issue, we will, of course, cover the shipping costs.
